Packages / Highlights / Montage / E-nvitations
Packages:
Straight: $300.00- 1 camera is used to film the Ceremony. At the end of the event, you will receive one mini-DV tape containing all the footage captured during your event. You can return that to us, edit it yourself, or give it to any editor whenever you wish to have it edited. HDV add $100.00
$400.00- 2 cameras will be used to film the Ceremony. At the end of the event, you will receive two mini-DV tapes containing all the footage captured during your event. HDV add $200.00
$500.00- 3 cameras will be used to film the Ceremony. At the end of the event, you will receive three mini-DV tapes containing all the footage captured during your event. HDV add $300.00
Note: The straight package price will be deducted from the total package price that corresponds with the straight package if you choose to use j razz creations for your editing needs. This discount is good for 1 year from the wedding day.

Basic: $750.00- 1 camera is used to capture the Ceremony. The editing of the video will only be limited by the footage captured and this will be placed on a DVD without a menu but with scene selections. Royalty free music is added as needed. A wireless lapel mic may be utilized if needed. No case or printed DVD is included. (A menu is $50.00 more).
Basic HD: $950.00. 1 High Definition video camera will be used to film your wedding. The editing of the video will only be limited by the footage captured and it will be output back to miniDV tape while maintaining the high definition quality. (Currently, at the time of writing this contract, there are no ways to distribute HD video like DVD or VHS, although Blu-Ray Discs and HD DVD discs are coming soon. Once this technology is more accessible it can be transferred to one of the above named formats for $50.00. Same terms apply as listed above under Basic.

Midrange: $1050.00- 2 cameras are used to capture the Ceremony & 1 for the Reception. Editing is included along with scene selections. Royalty free music is added as needed. A wireless lapel mic may be utilized if needed. Comes with a DVD paper sleeve, and a printed DVD. (A menu is $50.00 more).
Midrange HD: $1250.00. 2 High Definition video cameras will be used to film you wedding & 1 for the reception. Same terms apply as listed above under Midrange.

Premium: $1550.00- 3 cameras are used to capture the Ceremony, 1 for the Reception, and 1 for the Pre-ceremony interviews. Up to two wireless lapel mics will be utilized if necessary for capturing sound along with up to two shotgun mics. Full editing is included along with scene selections and a fully functional DVD menu. Non-copyrighted, royalty free music will be added free of charge if needed. This package also comes with a case, a case print, and a printed DVD.
Premium HD: $1750.00. 3 High Definition cameras are used to capture the Ceremony, 1 for the Reception, and 1 for the Pre-ceremony interviews. Up to two wireless lapel mics will be utilized if necessary for capturing sound along with up to two shotgun mics. Same terms apply as listed above under Premium.
Premium Plus: $650.00+ (Only available for the Premium package) This includes a video shoot prior to the wedding (Days or Weeks in advance) to obtain video segments to incorporate into the wedding DVD as well as voice-overs that can be added to the final DVD. It is ideal to secure a day at the wedding venue to do this when you both have access to your wedding day apparel.

Highlights:
Basic: $400.00- 1 camera is used to film the Ceremony. From this footage a highlight video will be made available to you on a printed DVD as well as online.
Midrange: $600.00- 2 cameras will be used to film the Ceremony & Reception. From this footage a highlight video will be made available to you on printed DVD as well as online.
Premium: $800.00- 3 cameras will be used to film the Ceremony, Reception and to conduct interviews for voiceover purposes. From this footage a highlight video will be made available to you on a printed DVD as well as online.
Note: All highlight videos will be between an estimated 5-25 minutes in length depending on the package and the amount of footage actually captured.

Montage:
Picture Montages are charged out by the picture with an additional flat fee for compiling, editing and producing the final product. Digital pictures sent to us on CD are $1.50 per picture. We can scan them in for you, but the charge per picture will be $3.00. The flat base fee is $50.00.
As for music, we have plenty of royalty free & copyright free music we are happy to use for you. If you want us to use music that is under copyright either by the artist or a record label etc, we will need for you to secure the copyright(s) that provide permission for us to sync the pictures to the music. If we do not have permission to sync the pictures to the music, it would be illegal for us to use that music. This is called a sync license and would be provided by the owner of the music. Voiceovers are also an option at no additional charge, just include the mp3, wma or wav file on the CD.
Note: If you want a certain order to the pictures, make sure you name them all in alphabetical order so they will show up on the cd in the order you want them in. If you are mailing them, be sure to put the first picture on top and sort all the way to the last picture you want displayed.
Another thing to consider is that on average a montage made with entertaining your guests should not last longer than 10 minutes to ensure their interest is maintained. Each picture should be displayed no less than 3 seconds and no more than 5 seconds- on average a project will have between 100-200 pictures included in the montage.

E-nvitations:
E-nvitations Photo Option: $200.00- You are responsible for providing j razz creations the pictures you want to include in this e-nvitation as well as the text. Also, any voiceovers can be included at no charge if you already have them recorded ($40.00 per hour to record your message on our professional audio equipment with an hour minimum charge including driving time to the location of your choice). Royalty free and copyright free music will be provided free of charge.
E-nvitations Video Option: $300.00- You are responsible for providing j razz creations any pictures you want to incorporate into the video e-nvitation as well as the text you want included. Audio and Video will be captured on professional Sony high definition cameras as well as wireless lapel microphones. (There will be a $60.00 per hour fee for filming your e-nvitation including driving time to the location of your choice with a one hour minimum charge).
